A daily trivia game like Wordle, in 8 subjects
DayQuizz is a free daily quiz game. Every day, 10 new questions go live in each of 8 subjects: English, Spanish, Math, History, Geography, Science, Trivia and a rotating Daily Theme. Everyone gets the same questions, so you can compare scores with friends. A round takes about 2 minutes, right in your browser, with no download and no sign-up.
How to play
- Pick a subject. Today's 10 questions are waiting.
- Play Easy (4 choices) or HARD (no choices: type the answer).
- Beat the clock: 15 seconds per question. Right answers earn +1 to +3 ๐ฅ (double in HARD), and wrong answers cost โ1 to โ3.
- Share your result grid, or challenge a friend to beat you on the same 10 questions.
What makes it different
- 8 subjects, not one: general knowledge plus Spanish, English and Math practice.
- Same questions for everyone, every day: a fair fight.
- Guessing costs you. Wrong answers lose points, so the leaderboard rewards knowing.
- HARD mode: no multiple choice, typed answers, 15 seconds.

Questions people ask
Is there a Wordle for trivia?
Yes. DayQuizz works like Wordle for trivia: one new set a day, the same questions for everyone, and a result grid you can share. The difference: you get 10 questions in each of 8 subjects instead of a single puzzle.
Is DayQuizz free?
Yes. Play any one subject a day for free, with streaks, leaderboards, groups and challenges included. SERIOUS unlocks every subject, every day: $3 a month at the early-bird price for members who join by December 31, 2026 (kept for as long as you stay subscribed), then $5 a month or $50 a year.
Do I need to download an app or create an account?
No. DayQuizz runs in any browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and you can start as a guest. A free account saves your streak across devices and puts you on the leaderboard. You can also add DayQuizz to your home screen like an app.
Does everyone get the same questions?
Yes. Everyone gets the same 10 questions per subject each day, so scores are directly comparable. Share your result grid or send a challenge link, and your friends play the exact same set.
When do new questions come out?
Every day at midnight a new set replaces the old one. The countdown on the home screen shows exactly when the next set arrives.
How does scoring work?
A right answer earns ๐ฅ points by difficulty: +1, +2 or +3, doubled in HARD mode. A wrong answer costs โ3, โ2 or โ1 (missing an easy question costs the most), so guessing has a price. You have 15 seconds per question. After that you can still answer, but you can't win points.
What is HARD mode?
HARD mode removes the multiple choice: you type the answer yourself within 15 seconds, for double points. Answers aren't case-sensitive, and common variants count (4 = four).
Can I play with family, friends or coworkers?
Yes. Create a private group, share the invite link, and see who did best today and this week. Groups can turn on a weekly crown ๐ for the top scorer, and you can nudge members who haven't played yet.
Is there a daily quiz to practice Spanish?
Yes. The Spanish subject is 10 practical questions a day for learners: vocabulary in context, verb conjugation, ser vs. estar, por vs. para. The English subject works the same way for English learners.
Can I see yesterday's questions and answers?
Yes. Each set is live for one day, then its questions and answers are published on the DayQuizz answers page, so you can check what you missed.
Is DayQuizz suitable for kids?
DayQuizz is family-friendly and made for teens and adults (13+). Younger children can play along with a parent.
